STEP ONE:

C-Tug components

1) Ensure all components are included. Register your warranty on our web site.

Open your C-TUG box – inside you will find the following:
2 x Wheels
2 x Seat Pads
2 x Crossbeams
1 x Kickstand
1 x Strap set

STEP TWO:

Axles and kickstand

1. Insert the Kickstand into the large center hole on one of the crossbeams making sure the nub fits snugly in the hole. It can only fit in one way.

2. Holding the Crossbeams by the axles (one in your left hand and one in the right hand) the unit will “click together.

STEP THREE:

3. Slip the wheels onto the axle.

4. The locking clips at the end “click” down to prevent the wheels sliding off the axle/s.

5. By now your cart should look like the image on the left!

 

 

STEP FOUR:

6. The Seat Pads rotate into the socket.  Initially the friction makes requires the rotation require more force. Once the cart has been used a dozen time the rotation of the seat pads is easier.

 

 

 

STEP FIVE:

7. Please read the strapping instruction, in the box, carefully.

8. The Strapping system for the C-TUG is designed to be strong, adjustable and allows for grip with a single strap.

 

 

 

 

STEP SIX:

9. The best position the watercraft will depend on make and type (Canoe, Kayak Dinghy, Inflatable) of boat.

10. The majority of users place the cart just aft of the cockpit (middle) area of the watercraft.
